“The key to transforming yourself from someone who understands leadership to a person who successfully leads in the real world is character. Your character qualities activate and empower your leadership ability – or it stands in the way of your success!” ~John Maxwell
From the beginning of their school journey, students learn and develop the character qualities necessary to become successful leaders.
As these qualities are nurtured and developed, students are given many opportunities to show their leadership through influencing others. Penn Christian Academy has an active and engaged Student Council which impacts the school culture in a positive way.
In Sixth Grade, students have a Leadership Capstone Course which gives them the opportunity to reflect on their leadership strengths and weaknesses. They examine their own experiences and talents as they relate to leadership and to God’s plan for their lives.
Students leave the program with a strong belief in their ability to influence their world for good.
